I stayed in The Leverage Business Hotel Alor Star just once so I was rather surprised when a membership card (entitling discounts for future stay) was couriered to me a month later. The management of this hotel is to be commended for being so customer oriented, I thought. What surprised me even more is one and a half year down the road, a birthday card was sent to me together with a birthday gift which is 'ONE NIGHT FREE STAY' in any Leverage Business Hotel. There are 6 branches to date and the nearest to my home is the Rawang Branch so I claimed my free stay there.
Located at Jalan Reef, Pusat Perniagaan Reef, The Leverage Business Hotel Rawang occupies five three-storey shoplots. The hotel faces a major trunk road so locating it is quite easy. This place is about 3 to 4 km from Rawang town centre and there are some commercial activities including restaurants and eateries nearby. Tesco is just a short walk away.
This is the reception lobby and lounge area. The setting is rather similar to the one in Alor Star . A refundable deposit of RM50 has to be made upon checking-in.
There is an internet corner at the lounge where guests can use the internet free.
This is my complimentary room - type Superior King.
The room is small but facilities available are sufficient for a comfortable stay. There is a safety box.
There are beverage making facilities, complimentary sachets of coffee and tea and mineral water.
The room is air-conditioned. There are no cupboard, bench for luggage, or bedside tables but there is a long mirror, a separate shower cubicle with a water heater that functions well and an open-air hanging space with just a few clothes hangers.

Function Rooms are available but there is no restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the service is satisfactory. Not a bad place to lodge at all.
