Value Meals @ DubuYo IOI City Mall

It was lunch time and we were looking for something nice to eat in IOI City Mall. Strolling along the lower ground floor we came across a promotion displayed outside DubuYo Korean Restaurant offering a complete Korean meal for just RM11 nett, beverage included. That was indeed a steal so we settled for the place. It was also a good introduction to DubuYo which we've never patronized before.
I used to walk past this restaurant during dinner time and it was often crowded. The lunch crowd was obviously much smaller that day. This is probably the reason why such promotion is valid only on weekdays from 10am to 3pm.
My friend's choice which is Honey Garlic Bulgogi Chicken Set is RM11 nett. It comes with a bowl of brown rice, chicken bulgogi (cooked with lots of onions, corn, green peas, carrots and topped with an egg), 3 types of kimchi, 1 bowl of tofu and seaweed soup and 1 mug of roasted barley tea (cold or warm- your choice).
My choice which is Dol Sot Bibimbap Chicken Set is RM13 nett. It comes with Bibimbap (brown rice, topped with chicken, bean sprout, carrot, seaweeds, corn, onion and an egg), the seasoning sauce which is served separately, (caution: it would be too savoury and salty to pour all the sauce over the bibimbap, so flavour it sparingly), 3 types of kimchi, 1 bowl of tofu soup and 1 mug of roasted barley tea.
It was flavourful and I thoroughly enjoyed the bibimbap!
The kimchis are above average.  The soup is just OK and overall it was a satisfying meal and one which I would RECOMMEND to almost anyone who loves authentic Korean cuisines.

There is a 3rd option for this super deal meal which is the Chicken Soondubu Set @ RM11 nett.
