November or December are definitely not the best time to visit the Flower Exhibition Centre in Gangtok. Apparently the more delicate flower plants have started to wilt and what's left were the more hardy ones like marigold and the orchids.
Since the entrance fee was just Rs10 (approx RM0.50), we did not consider it a loss just to peep inside to see what's displayed.
The Flower Exhibition Center is actually a modest-sized enclosed greenhouse with a display of seasonal flower plants. It is landscaped with benches here and there for people to sit and post for photographs.

By the way we were out in less than half an hour.
The White Memorial Hall is just beside the Flower Exhibition Centre.
