We've booked a 3-day tour that starts in Launceston and ends in Hobart so we have to make our way to Launceston.
Redline is Tasmania's largest coach company that offers daily bus trips to Launceston. Tickets are priced at AUD41.50(pp) inclusive of GST. Redline buses operates from Hobart Transit Centre which is located at 230, Liverpool Street, about 850m from my hotel. Transport services in Australia are usually reliable and very punctual. We departed Hobart at 10.15am according to the scheduled time.
Below are glimpses of the 2 hours 50 minutes journey from Hobart to Launceston. We passed through residential areas, farms and small towns along the way. All photos are taken from our moving bus.
a sheep farm
a nice farm house
a small town, Oatlands
another small town, Campbell Town

We finally arrived at Launceston. Launceston Transit Centre for Redline buses is located at the corner of St John St and Cimitiere St. From here, it is just a two minute's walk to our hotel.
