Photo Gallery: The Blossoms And Wild Flowers Of Turkey

I didn't purposely visit Turkey to see its blossoms or wild flowers but being there in spring certainly comes with a blessing. The cheerful sights of pretty flowers, the luscious blooms of fruit trees which I can't even identify brings about much excitement. Cherry blossoms and blossoms of other trees are common sights and wild flowers seem to grow everywhere and out of nowhere. They are seen along the highways, on hill slopes, in open fields and even on rocks and crevices, thanks to the cool spring weather with ample sunshine, the catalyst for its abundance. My only regret is I couldn't get the bus driver to stop each time a different specie is spotted along the road. I am still reminiscing the scent of these flowers and am dedicating this post to everyone who, like me, delight in these beauties.
