Tiara Desaru Seaview Residence - Desaru's New Hideaway

Tiara Desaru Seaview Residence is an up and coming seafront property located on the south east coast of Johor. Nestled on 10 acres of Desaru prime land, this property consists of 579 units of fully furnished apartments, most of which are open for sale to the public at an unbelievable value for money price. 150 units are however reserved for long term and short term rental.
Our newly founded Malaysian Chinese Bloggers' Club was privileged indeed as the owner of Tiara Desaru Seaview Residence has graciously consented to host 11 of its members for a 3 days and 2 nights stay in its refurbished serviced apartments
We arrived at 6pm and were warmly greeted by the residence's manager, Mr Tan who did his utmost best to make us feel at home. The reception area, appeared a tad modest but according to Mr Tan, it is just a temporary setup as there is ongoing plan to upgrade the entire property in the near to medium term.
From where we stood at the reception lobby, a picturesque vista of the property became visible. The charm of landscaped swimming pools and tropical gardens surrounded by the accommodation blocks was quite a spectacular sight. The well architectured setting of the property has successfully emanated a resort-like ambiance.
We were put up in one and two roomed apartments at Block E, a short walking distance from the main lobby. All apartment blocks are serviced by elevators.
The apartment which I shared with two other members is a one bedroom apartment with a big family hall. By virtue of its spaciousness, it sleeps four or even more. Not only is its vastness commendable, there are ample windows making every corner of the rooms really bright and airy. These are all delightful attributes for comfortable indoor living.
The hall is made up of a pantry area with built-in dining table, a sink and a fridge. It also features a sliding door which opens out to a balcony and an ensuite washroom. It is equipped with a flat-screened TV,  a queen bed, a ceiling fan and an air-conditioner. (Instead of a queen bed some units have sofas)

The balconies
The ensuite washroom.
Also provided for its guests are water boiling facilities, bottled water, soap, shampoo and towels.
The bedroom which is quite spacious is furnished with a king bed, a wardrobe and a dressing table. It is also equipped with a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. There is an ensuite washroom and a second TV in this room.

Heated showers are available in both washrooms.
Among the facilities in Tiara Desaru are 4 swimming and wading pools. The main pool near the entrance is elegantly landscaped and features an artistic wooden bridge, statues of mushrooms and dolphins, slides for children and boulders which are surrounded by well manicured shrubs and trees. This is the residence's most fabulous place to experience great fun for young and old alike!
Tucked away between two residential blocks is a long infinity-edged swimming pool. Measuring 4 metres deep throughout, this is probably the preferred pool for the more serious swimmers. There are two such pools within the residence.
Huts with barbecue pits can be found at sporadic location around the residence for interested guests.
Tiara Desaru is yet to have its own restaurant or cafetaria but an F&B outlet is forthcoming as there are plans not only to start an eatery but also a fitness centre and a multi purpose store within the premise. Despite the absence of one, we were treated to a hearty breakfast each morning by the management.
A great asset of the residence is its access to a secluded beach facing South China Sea. Though not a private beach, it can be considered exclusive to the residents and guests of Tiara Desaru as it is naturally and geographically cordoned off.
This beach is also among the best stretch of beaches in Desaru. It is long and wide with very fine sand and an amazingly gentle gradient. It makes a great place to stroll, to jog, to play beach games, to swim and as it faces the east, to watch the sunrise.

One would be surprised by the wealth of marine fauna and floras on the beach. As the beach is relatively unspoilt, it is possible to collect dead corals and beautiful seashells while strolling along it.

Tiara Desaru's location on a secluded part of Desaru makes it all the more exclusive offering maximum privacy and serenity to its residents and guests. Though secluded, the management promises top notch security to residence dwellers. Transportation including taxi services can be arranged by its front desk staffs but driving own vehicles is encouraged for personal convenience to move around or to explore Desaru.

Tiara Desaru offers much and it is an accommodation you can safely opt for without having to worry about emptying your wallet! Planning a vacation in Desaru? Why not opt for Tiara Desaru Seaview Residence?
