I stayed in Park Inn By Radisson Nice Airport Hotel for 2 nights while touring the French Riviera. This hotel is just 1km from the airport and it offers free airport shuttle for its guests.
The 2 types of rooms available are Standard Guest Room measuring 20 sq metres and Business Friendly Room measuring 28 sq metres. We stayed in a Standard Guest Room on the second floor. The room is generally comfortable but a bit small. The hotel is serviced by tiny elevators which can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests with luggage.
The facilities available in the room are rather basic. It includes a TV, a safety box and complimentary Wifi. There is no bottled water or coffee and tea making facilities
Besides towels and a hair dryer, the only other bath amenities provided are hand wash solution and hair/body wash gel which are fixed to the wall.
The hair and body gel container was empty and not replenished when we checked in. It took 3 phone calls and 1½ hours' wait for a housekeeping staff to come and replenish the gel.
The washroom and toilet are quite clean and the water heater functions well.
Hotel facilities include an outdoor pool with a little jacuzzi within it. There is a poolside bar that opens till quite late.
There is a nice wellness centre and a sauna/steam room which guests can use for free on the lobby floor.

There are canned drinks dispenser on the accommodation floors where canned drinks are sold for 3 to 4 Euros each.
There is a bar/lounge and 2 restaurants in the hotel. Dining out may be a problem for guests without transport as there are no restaurants in the nearby vicinity.
Our room came with breakfast buffet which was served in Pegasus Restaurant. The menu was typically western and remained the same for the 2 consecutive mornings I was there.
I am quite happy with the food which I think is slightly better than average.
House keeping service is done once a day. In-room dining service is available too.

I wouldn't rate this hotel poorly. Neither would I rate it 'excellent' as there are obviously room for improvement.
